Lynx Field Guides Survey Results
Around 1,000 birders took part in our poll on the Field Guides you would most like to see published in the near future, sharing their preferences with us, and two lucky winners of 50 € worth of Lynx Edicions publications have already been contacted.
These survey results will help us to take into account the opinions of the birding community as we plan our forthcoming field guides.
According to the participants in the survey, the top 10 countries in need of a field guide are the following:
- China
- Brazil
- Argentina
- Russia
- New Zealand
- Colombia
- Bolivia
- Philippines
- Mexico
- Australia
We take this opportunity to remind you of the field guides we have published in recent years:
Birds of Vietnam, Birds of Thailand, Birds of New Guinea, Birds of the Indonesian Archipelago, Birds of Spain, Aves de Portugal (2nd Edition), Aves de España (3rd Edition) and Ocells de Catalunya, País Valencià i Balears (3rd Edition).

We are also glad to announce that we will be publishing two new field guides in Summer 2019:
There are many more titles in the works, including some of the voted “top ten”, and we will keep working to cover the globe with our Field Guides Collection.
Happy Birding!
