Which countries do you ship your products to?

We offer worldwide shipping (except to Belarus, Iran, Israel, Myanmar, Palestinian Territory, Russia, Ukraine and Vietnam).

How is the delivery time calculated?

Estimated delivery dates are calculated based on the following factors:

· Order Processing: Once your payment is authorized and verified, we will process your order, which typically takes 1–2 business days.

· Transit Time: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method. While we strive to deliver orders promptly, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or customs processing.

Estimated Shipping Times

As a general guide, dispatched items are usually delivered according to the timing below.

Spain and Portugal: Courier (Correos Express): 24-48 hours. Trackable, door-to-door delivery.

European Union and UK: Semi-courier with tracking: 3-6 working days, depending on the destination country. Trackable, door-to-door delivery.

USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Colombia: Courier with tracking: 5-12 working days, depending on the destination country. Trackable, door-to-door delivery.

Rest of the world: Courier with tracking: 6-14 working days, depending on the destination country. Trackable, door-to-door delivery.

*Please note that these are estimated delivery times only. About 90% of orders arrive within this time frame.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

For urgent deliveries we can arrange an express service. Please contact our customer services team (lynx@lynxlynxnaturebooks.com) for a quote. xpedited shipping is not available for PO box deliveries.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package weight, shipping method, and total order value.

Customs and Taxes

Whether you will be charged with customs and taxes or not depends on your shipping address, because Tax, along with Custom fees, is regulated by destination countries.

By saying that, prices displayed on our website have not yet included those additional costs, if applicable. We advise checking with your local customs office for more information.

PAYMENT METHODS

We offer a variety of secure payment options, all protected by encryption. Payment details are not stored in our database. Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout, including:

Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay). Credit card payments are always processed in Euros. Alada Books, S.L. cannot assume responsibility of the possible fluctuations (positive or negative) in the exchange rate at the moment when the amount is charged to our customers’ accounts.

Bank transfer in Euros (€). All bank charges are the responsibility of the customer; when making payment by bank transfer, please instruct your bank to cover all charges. The bank transfer should be in favour of Alada Books, S.L. Please indicate your name and surname or your company’s name. The order will not be processed until our bank verifies that the deposit has been received.

RETURNS POLICY

Cancellations

To cancel your order, please contact us by email at lynx@lynxnaturebooks.com or call +34 93 404 43 53. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and process a refund. If it has already been shipped, we will provide instructions for returning the items. Please see the Returns Policy below for more details.

Returns

Customers may cancel or return an order within 30 days of receipt. For returns requested after 30 days, no refund will be issued. To initiate a return, please contact us at lynx@lynxnaturebooks.com.

Defective or Damaged Items:

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact Customer Service at lynx@lynxnaturebooks.com for instructions before returning the item.
• Customers are entitled to a refund for the cost of the return postage for defective or damaged items. Claims for postage refunds must be accompanied by appropriate postal documentation.
• Items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
• Items must be in their original packaging.
• Upon receipt and inspection, the customer will receive an email confirming that the original item has been received and providing the shipping information for the replacement item.

Non-Defective/Non-Damaged Items:

• Customers are responsible for return postage.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging.
• Upon receipt and inspection, you will be notified of the refund approval status.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If the refund is approved, it will be processed via the original method of payment and the appropriate receipt will be provided.
